Event Coordinator's (EC) Duties:

• Ensure that there is enough packaging product on hand.
• Coordinate arrival times & dates with Event Participants.
• Coordinate training of Event Participants in proper packaging procedures.
• Ensure smooth operation of the packaging event.
• Re-schedule participating group for future events (if applicable).
• Coordinate Events Assistants
• Ensure everyone is having fun!



Event Assistant's (EA) Duties:

• Assist Event Coordinator (EC) with the smooth operation of the packaging event.
• Help EC with the training of the event participants.
• Maintain the availability of an adequate supply of packaging product for event participants.
• Ensure everyone is having fun!
